About UGI Energy Services

Starting in 1985, UGI Energy Services was one of the first companies to sell natural gas in the deregulated energy marketplace, and has grown to be an experienced, reliable, and dedicated retail natural gas supplier. Our solid financial foundation, combined with strict risk-management policies and procedures, have served our customers well over the past 25 years.

During this time, we have continued to invest in assets, systems, and our people, while continuously improving reliability and lowering costs for our customers. As a result, we have steadily grown our supply network to sell competitively-priced natural gas, liquid fuels, and electricity to approximately 13,000 commercial and industrial customers at more than 36,000 locations in nine Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states and the District of Columbia.

Will my energy rate change?

No, your contract price terms and conditions will all remain unchanged.

Will there be any interruptions in my service?

No, your current contract has been seamlessly transitioned to UGI Energy Services and will continue as usual.

Are any changes to my payment process required?

Yes, you should now direct your payments to UGI Energy Services. A W-9 and banking information is provided under the customer portal form on the right side of this page. If you are a consolidated billing customer making payments for service on your utility bill, no changes are required.

Will my account manager remain the same?

The majority of customers will have the same account manager. To determine your account manager, please use the customer portal to obtain account information. Also, feel free to contact our office with any questions at 800-427-8545 or SJE-Welcome@ugies.hbmstaging.com.
