Message to Our Customers Regarding the UGI Response to COVID-19 (coronavirus)

We want you to know that UGI has implemented our COVID-19 (coronavirus) response plan focused on ensuring the Company meets its obligations to our customers while protecting the health of our employees and customers.

UGI’s plan assures that:

  • We will maintain our regular business hours
  • While we are adjusting work location protocols and imposing travel and outside meeting restrictions to reduce the chance of COVID-19 infection, we are fully staffed and able to promptly respond to customer requests

Our management team is closely monitoring information provided by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as state and local public health agencies. We will continue to review the developments associated with the COVID-19 (removed “virus”) and will respond to changing circumstances as appropriate.
